HBK
Investment Headquarters & NY Office Relocations
HBK had a particularly complex project situation.
Their plan was to relocate both their Headquarters
Facility in Dallas, as well as relocating their New York
City office, the largest of their regional offices,
within a few months of each other. Coordination of
Communications Circuit migrations, especially those
related to Trading Floor activities, was especially
complex. While HBK had a top shelf IT
organization, they enlisted support from NewVista
Advisors for project management of both relocation
efforts, especially for those aspects of the projects
specific to a facility relocation.
