Mission Critical Application Infrastructure Assessment – The Bank was in the midst of a transition in how they delivered datacenter services to the various business groups, migrating toward a well thought out strategy.  Along the way, there was a number of Mission Critical Application outages, driven by issues related to the core infrastructure in these Data Centers.  We were engaged by the Bank to review the outage reports, articulate the issues that the technology organization needed to address, and manage an assessment of the core datacenter infrastructure (power, cooling, communications and fire suppression) to fully understand the issues related to providing the desired levels of redundancies and availability, and to develop a plan to address them.
